Your next career chance
You will lead educational design projects that advance the Faculty of Science’s ambitious Education Strategy. You will partner with academics to reimagine curriculum, assessment and digital learning that support success for all students.

What you will deliver:

- Co-design curriculum and subject-level projects that improve coherence, alignment and student experience across science programs.

- Design and evaluate authentic, secure and AI-resilient assessments that uphold academic integrity and drive meaningful learning.

- Build academic capability through consultations, workshops and resources that develop inclusive, student-centred teaching and assessment practice.

- Collaborate with teaching teams within Schools and centrally to embed evidence-based digital pedagogy and develop high-quality online learning materials.

- Monitor effectiveness of educational initiatives, using data and evidence to inform continuous improvement.

You may be a great fit if you:

- Hold a postgraduate qualification in educational design, education or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in learning design frameworks,



curriculum renewal and evidence-based teaching practice in higher education.

- Design authentic, secure and AI-resilient assessment tasks and rubrics that align with outcomes and integrity standards.

- Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs and strong stakeholder engagement.

- Lead and influence change in teaching practice, promoting inclusive and student-centred approaches and adoption of new technologies.

- Use and keep abreast with new emerging learning technology to create engaging, accessible digital experiences.
