What You’ll Be Doing
In your first few months:
• Enter transport data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with general admin tasks — filing, record keeping, and customer updates
• Support the transport team with scheduling and documentation
As you develop:
• Assist the Manager with P&L; reports and financial admin
• Help with payroll and staff timesheets
• Manage customer enquiries and coordinate service updates
• Support office coordination and supplier management
• Get involved in process improvement projects

You might be:
• Starting your career and ready to learn from the ground up
• Recently finished school or university and looking for real career direction
• Someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and teamwork
• Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems
• A great communicator who takes pride in doing things well
