We are seeking a casual receptionist to join our inclusive and friendly team here at M+S Group. Based in our Kyabram Office primarily – travel to other offices may be required from time to time. You will be the first point of contact for all our clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.

Role overview

- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Mail coming and in out of the office
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Assistance with filling

Requirements

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in reception or customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team in a cross organisational environment




- Computer and Microsoft program experience and skills
- Able to liaise with clients in a professional and confidential manner
- Flexibility to work a range of different days
- Willingness to travel to other offices if needed
