Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Officer to join our dynamic team. The IT Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer systems and networks across all departments. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Officer or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with network security protocols and data backup procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are preferred.
