### Job Title: Barista

#### Job Summary:

As a Barista in the dynamic hospitality and tourism industry, you will be the face of our coffee service, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. You will work closely with a team of diverse individuals, serving locals and tourists alike, creating memorable experiences through your coffee expertise and interpersonal skills.

#### Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, specialty drinks, and food items in accordance with company standards.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.

– Engage with customers to provide a friendly and inviting experience, taking orders and offering recommendations.

– Operate coffee equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working order.

– Manage cash register, process payments, and handle accurate cash transactions.

– Assist in inventory management, including receiving stock, monitoring supplies, and notifying the manager of shortages.

– Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance coffee knowledge and barista skills.

– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive working environment.





– Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.

#### Skills:

– Robust knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment, and various brewing methods.

– Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while maintaining attention to detail.

#### Qualifications:

– Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.

– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
