Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Groundsperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facility, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and general landscaping duties. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Skills:

– Solid knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment

– Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other machinery

– Basic understanding of plant care and maintenance

– Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

– Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:





– Mow lawns on a regular basis

– Trim hedges and bushes as needed

– Plant flowers and maintain flower beds

– Weed control in garden areas

– Perform general landscaping tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred but not required

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Valid driver’s license

– Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors for extended periods of time

– Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
