Summary:
We are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to regulations and standards within our organisation. This role involves developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing guidance to staff. Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies.
– Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

– Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.

– Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards applicable in Australia Aged Care Quality Commission
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Certifications in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) are a plus.
