Our success is driven by our people, and we are looking for an enthusiastic customer focused Customer Support and Inbound Sales Officer to join our Business Support team.

The Opportunity:

Are you someone who enjoys talking to customers, building relationships and turning enquiries into sales?

We are looking for a motivated and confident individual who combines exceptional customer service skills with a genuine interest in sales.

Based at our Kensington head office, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries, engaging with prospective and existing customers and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Theis is a not just a traditional customer service role. You will play an important part in converting sales opportunities, supporting current customer onboarding and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will work closely without Sales, Operations, Customer Support and Accounts Receivable teams.

What you will be Doing:

- responding to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and online channels.

- engaging with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and services

- converting sales enquiries into new customer accounts





- following up sales leads and progressing opportunities through to completion

- identifying opportunities to cross-sell, upsell and reconnect with previous customers

- building positive relationships with new and existing customers

- coordinating recent customer onboarding and account establishment

- maintaining accurate customer records and sales information

- collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

About You:

You are a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with customers, identifying opportunities and achieving results. You take ownership of your work, enjoy being a part of a team and have the motivation to turn a customer enquiry into a successful sale.

To Succeed in this Role, you Will have:

- previous experience in customer services and sales

- demonstrated ability to engage customers and convert enquiries into sales.

- strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.

- confidence in following up sales opportunities and building customer relationships

- excellent organisational skills and attention to detials.

- a proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks

- strong computer skills and experience using CRM or similar business systems

- a positive attitude and genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service





- experience in B2B sales, inbound sales or a contact centre enviornment would be highly regarded.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a natural ability to build rapport and is motivated in achieving results.
