About the Role

- Manage a varied personal injury caseload across motor vehicle, workers compensation, public liability and related claims.
- Work closely with experienced solicitors and senior practitioners, with strong access to mentoring and collaboration.
- Take ownership of your matters while receiving practical support from dedicated paralegal resources.
- Build your technical expertise and client skills in a specialist personal injury environment.
- Join a firm where there is genuine prospect to progress as your experience and capability grow.

Responsibilities

- Manage personal injury matters from initial instructions through to resolution.
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare correspondence, pleadings, offers and other legal documentation.
- Conduct negotiations, conferences and other key stages of personal injury claims.
- Work collaboratively with paralegals and senior practitioners to progress matters effectively.

Skills & Experience

- Around 4-5 years' post-admission experience within plaintiff personal injury or compensation law.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury legislation, claims processes and litigation.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within a team.
- Commercially minded,



proactive and keen to continue developing as a personal injury practitioner.
