Remo Contractors Pty Ltd is offering an exciting fulltime employment prospect for an experienced and licensed HR/HC Truck driver to join our family owned and operated business.

Candidates must be reliable, competent, responsible and experienced.

About the role

Reporting directly to the site supervisor your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Bulk cartage, quarry works and stockpiling material

- Operate tandem tipper with float trailer

- Maintaining safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to

- Complying with statutory and regulatory requirements

Essential Criteria:

- Valid HR licence unrestricted (HC truck licence preferred)

- Previous civil construction experience, including working around mobile plant and on active construction sites

- Construction White Card

- Experience operating heavy vehicles safely, including reversing, loading and tipping

- Understanding of daily vehicle inspections, load restraint,



fatigue management and safe loading requirements

- Ability to follow site instructions and commuicate clearly with supervisors, plant operators and other drivers

- Willingness to assist with general civil construction duties when driving work is unavailable

- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and looking after equipment

- Willingness to undergo a Police Clearance

- Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
