We are currently seeking dedicated Caregivers and ENs to support our clients across the Northern Suburbs, including Greensborough, Bundoora, Pascoe Vale, Warrandyte, Diamond Creek, Epping, South Morang, Wallan, Donvale, and Craigieburn.

The Role
You will provide a premium care experience ranging from companionship to high-intensity complex support. Responsibilities include:
- Personal Care: Showering, dressing, grooming, and continence support.
- Complex Support: Manual handling (hoists, Sara Stedy), PEG support, epilepsy/seizure management,
and medication administration.
- Daily Living: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Community Engagement: Transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings to promote a fulfilling life.
- Documentation: Accurate record-keeping and reporting of client concerns to Care Designers.
Availability: We are specifically looking for morning shift although day time, evenings availability are encouraged to apply.
Who We Are Looking For
We need reliable, proactive professionals who are comfortable working in diverse home environments.
- Coachable & Reliable: A self-led leader who takes responsibility for their success.
- Strong Communicator: Fluent in English with excellent documentation habits.
- Mobile: A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (highly regarded).
- Complex Care Ready: Comfortable with manual handling, behavioral presentations, or smoking environments when required.
Highly Regarded Experience:
- Progressive neurological conditions (e.g., MND).
- Bowel care and complex disability support.
- Dementia, mental health, or psychosocial disability experience.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered, you must possess:
- Minimum Cert III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability, or Community Services (or extensive industry experience).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons).
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- Australian Working Rights.
