Tecside currently has a Production Labourer role available in Stapylton, commencing Tuesday 13th October, offering steady ongoing work.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join a large manufacturing and production team. This role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across machine operation, production lines, and general labouring duties within a supportive workplace environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Working 10-hour shifts, Tuesday to Friday.
- Assisting with stacking and moving concrete pavers of various sizes (lifting aids are provided for larger pavers).
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe.
- Adding raw materials into machinery when required.
- Performing general labouring duties, including repetitive tasks and manual handling.
- Completing physically active tasks involving lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods as part of daily operations.

What We're Looking For:

- A Positive Attitude: Previous manual labour experience is essential, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.




- Workplace Readiness: Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug screening.
- Dependability: A current driver's licence and reliable transport are required.
- Full-Day Availability: Ability to commit to 10-hour shifts each day.
