The Role
This is a fast-paced, people-focused position sitting at the heart of everything we do. You'll match workers to jobs daily, keep builder clients happy, and actively bring in new business. We need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and genuinely enjoys talking to people.

What You'll Be Doing

- Allocating workers to jobs daily based on client requirements, availability, and skills

- Communicating with builders and site supervisors to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our workforce of labourers and tradespeople

- Actively prospecting and reaching out to new builders, contractors, and developers to win new business

- Onboarding and interviewing new workers

- Managing rosters, scheduling,



and coordinating last-minute changes or callouts

- Acting as the first point of call for both workers and clients to resolve issues quickly

- Maintaining accurate records of placements, client contacts, and worker details

- Reporting to management on performance and contributing to the direction of the business

Skills & Experience

- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills you'll be talking to everyone from labourers to project managers

- Experience in labour hire, construction and workforce coordinationd

- Self-starter who can manage their own workload and priorities effectively

- Comfortable with outbound calling, client visits, and business development activity

- Highly organised with good attention to detail for rostering and record-keeping

- Understanding of the construction industry is a strong advantage
