ISCS is a reputable national electronic security solutions distributor providing products and solutions to the Security, Access Control and CCTV industry with an evolving range of products from leading brands.

As a Business Development Manager / Technical Sales you will be responsible for using your knowledge of our products and services to be to provide sales, system designs & technical assistance to potential and existing customers in both Pre & Post Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture essential customer relationships, provide educational support to enhance customer knowledge, and consistently deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

- Provide technical expertise to customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate products and solutions and assist delivering the solution to end users when required

- Generate leads and prospect potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling,



and attending industry events.

- identify new business opportunities, including current markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Teamviewer

- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM

- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study

Qualifications:

- 3+ Years experience in the Electronic Security, Access Control and CCTV industry

- Robust technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of various operating systems and software applications
