The opportunity
We are thrilled to invite a motivated Graduate to join our dynamic Financial Planning team. This role offers you hands-on experience in all aspects of financial advice and client service.
Our structured training program combines on-the-job learning, professional training, and mentoring to help you build a strong foundation for your career in financial planning.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Support financial advisers in preparing advice documents, research, and client reports
- Assist with client onboarding, reviews, and ongoing service needs
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to team projects and process improvements
Your experience and attributes
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a tertiary qualification in either Financial Planning, Finance, Commerce, Business or a related field. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as well-developed interpersonal skills.
To be successful you must have excellent time management and organisational skills and a confident manner with the ability to work autonomously. You will have attention to detail, a can-do attitude and a desire to learn and succeed!
