An exciting prospect has become available for a Talent & Engagement Officer to join our People & Culture team.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the employee lifecycle, supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, people administration and employee engagement initiatives across a diverse and growing business.
Working closely with leaders and stakeholders throughout the organisation, you will help deliver a seamless candidate and employee experience while ensuring recruitment, onboarding and people processes are administered efficiently and professionally. You will also partner with another Talent Advisor, sharing responsibility for recruitment delivery across designated business units and providing support across the broader People & Culture function.

About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture GM this role will support the delivery of recruitment, onboarding and people administration activities across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordination of end-to-end recruitment activities across a variety of property and corporate functions
- Drafting and posting advertisements, candidate sourcing and talent pipeline management
- Conducting candidate screening and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Managing recruitment workflows and ensuring an efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Preparing employment documentation and supporting new starter compliance requirements
- Coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR systems accurately and efficiently
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and employer branding activities
- Assisting with reporting, workforce planning and talent acquisition projects
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes through systems and workflow enhancements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Experience within talent acquisition, HR administration, recruitment coordination or a related people-focused role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
