About the Opportunities

We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Supervisor and an Electrical Supervisor to join our team delivering the Solomon Airport Solar Hub, a 440MW project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Once complete, it will be WA’s largest solar development, with around 671,000 solar panels installed across the build and construction due for completion in 2028.

And this is just the start. Beyond this project, there are plenty of opportunities on the horizon, both in Western Australia and across Australia and New Zealand, as our pipeline continues to grow.

These roles are FIFO, site-based role on a 2:1 roster. You’ll be based at one of the best camps in the Pilbara, complete with ensuite rooms, a gym and recreation facilities.

What you’ll do

- Lead electrical crews delivering above-ground solar installation works, including string cabling, cable looming and management, and module and equipment terminations.
- Interpret drawings, specifications and work packs, ensuring installations comply with AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 5033 and project requirements.
- Lead pre-starts and toolbox talks, and manage SWMS, risk assessments and permits to keep crews safe and compliant.




- Inspect and verify completed work against ITPs, and support electrical testing and commissioning.
- Plan resources, track progress and report daily, working closely with the Construction Manager, project engineers and electrical engineer.
- Develop and mentor leading hands, electricians and apprentices, building a strong safety and quality culture.

What You’ll Bring

- Supervisory experience leading electrical crews on solar farm, renewable energy or major infrastructure projects.
- Experience leading multiple supervisors or large workforces for the Senior role.
- Solid knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 5033, WHS legislation and safe work practices.
- Current Electrical Licence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and work with engineers, subcontractors and clients.
- Australian driver’s licence and working rights.
- Comfortable working FIFO on a 2:1 roster.
- Experience on large-scale solar, or on remote or Pilbara-based projects, advantageous.
