Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a leading civil construction company in Brisbane, due to increased demand we are currently seeking experienced Civil Leading Hands and Pipe Layers to join our client on upcoming civil construction projects across Brisbane.

Leading Hand

- Lead and coordinate civil crews on site
- Assist with daily site operations and planning
- Coordinate plant, materials and subcontractors
- Oversee works to ensure safety, quality and productivity
- Previous experience as a Civil Leading Hand, Foreman or Senior Operator required

Pipe Layer

- Install stormwater, sewer and drainage pipe
- Set up pipe runs, levels and grades
- Read and interpret plans and drawings
- Assist with trenching, bedding and backfilling
- General civil labouring duties as required
- Previous pipe laying/drainage experience required

Requirements





- Previous civil construction experience
- White Card
- Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Strong understanding of site safety
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable and robust work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a civil crew
