- Adult Community Mental Health: Support adults experiencing mental health challenges through clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, case management and coordinated care.
- Child & Youth Community Mental Health: Support children and young people experiencing mental health challenges, working collaboratively with families, carers and other services.

About You

To be considered, you will have:

- Qualifications as a Social Worker or Psychologist, with relevant professional eligibility and registration.
- Proven experience working within a community mental health team, supporting either adults or children and young people.
- Robust clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention and case management skills.
- Experience managing complex presentations and applying sound clinical judgement.
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
