Job description:

The opportunity Help keep Marvel Stadium, AFL House and the surrounding precinct safe, secure and operational around the clock. As the Stadium and Precinct Services Lead, you will be the central coordination point for access control, security monitoring, integrated building systems and incident response during your rostered shift. This full-time role operates across a rotating 24/7 roster and provides on-shift leadership to contractor security personnel. You will make sound real-time decisions, coordinate operational activity and help maintain continuity across event, non-event and after-hours periods. What you'll own You will lead the Service Entry control function during rostered shifts, maintaining a safe, responsive and well-coordinated operating setting. You'll add value through:

- Leading on-shift security operations, venue inspections and patrols across the stadium, AFL House and surrounding precinct
- Monitoring CCTV, access control, alarms, fire panels, duress systems and integrated building management systems
- Managing pedestrian, vehicle and restricted-area access, including keys, passes, temporary credentials and access records
- Responding to incidents and emergencies,



coordinating escalations and engaging emergency services where required
- Monitoring critical infrastructure and coordinating the escalation of system faults, damage and maintenance requirements
- Directing contractor security personnel, allocating tasks and supporting consistent operational standards
- Maintaining accurate incident logs, shift reports, handovers, access lists and other operational documentation
- Supporting event preparation, venue readiness, car park operations, venue tours and Marvel Stadium 365 activations
- Coordinating the transition of control room systems to Event Control when required
- Reviewing and sharing CCTV footage with authorised internal stakeholders to support incident debriefs and investigations

What you'll bring

- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating security operations, control room environments or similar operational functions
- Experience operating CCTV, access control or building management systems
- Experience working within a complex, high-volume or 24/7 operational environment
- The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and make effective decisions in real time
- Strong situational awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Clear written and verbal communication skills across a range of stakeholders
- A high level of accuracy in operational reporting, documentation and systems management
- Confidence directing or coordinating contractors and operational service providers
- A current Victorian Security Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A valid employee Working with Children Check
- Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
