Are you passionate about helping older people live safely and independently at home? UnitingSA is seeking a motivated and people-focused Client Engagement Consultant to join our Aged Care team, with a strong focus on new clients and service growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, takes initiative, and enjoys combining purpose-driven work with a results-focused mindset. The Client Engagement Consultant will ensure that potential clients and external stakeholders have every prospect to enhance their understanding of UnitingSA’s Aged Care service offerings, including Residential Aged Care.
What You’ll Do
- Maximise opportunities in every lead to support growth in UnitingSA Aged Care.
- Provide responsive and exceptional customer service.
- Communicate comprehensive knowledge of available supports and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Create pathways to future lead generation to support a growth strategy.
- Respond promptly to all service enquiries.
- Offer efficient, frictionless and personalised service.
- Liaise with referrers in acute and sub-acute settings to help maintain a solid referral network of discharge planners.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to delivering great client experiences.
- Experience or demonstrated enthusiasm for client acquisition and service growth within health, community, or aged care settings.
- A proven ability to deliver high-level customer service and convert leads into sales. (essential)
- Relationship-building focus and confidence engaging with potential clients and referrers.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- A genuine commitment to supporting older people to live well at home.
- Sound understanding of My Aged Care Service and Support Portal, Commonwealth Home Support Program,
Support at Home Program, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems.
- A proactive, organised, and outcomes-focused approach.
- Attention to detail with strong administration skills.
- Current SA Driver’s licence (essential)
