SASH is excited to be opening our brand-new, purpose-built, gold-standard Specialist and Emergency Hospital in Perth, designed from the ground up to deliver world-class veterinary medicine and scheduled to open in early November.

As we continue to build our team ahead of opening, we are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Contact Centre Officers and Client Service Officers (Front of House) to join us, with an immediate start from Monday, 26th of October.

The Role:
Our Client Services team plays a vital role in fulfilling our mission – helping pets and their families live their best life. Whether supporting clients over the phone or welcoming them to the hospital, you will be the face and voice of SASH, delivering exceptional service during every interaction.

We are recruiting for Part-Time and Casual positions across both teams. These roles will work across a rotating 24/7 roster, including overnights, weekends and public holidays. This is an excellent opportunity to join SASH Perth from the beginning, with the potential for increased hours and future full-time opportunities as the hospital grows.

Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our Client Services team, you will provide empathetic, professional, and efficient support to clients, referring veterinarians, and internal teams – often during highly emotional and stressful situations for pet owners. Responsibilities may include:

- Providing a warm and professional first impression for clients, both in person and over the phone
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls, emails and enquiries across multiple systems
- Coordinating and booking appointments across various departments
- Converting general enquiries into appointments by clearly communicating SASH's services and values
- Liaising with specialists, veterinarians,



and nursing teams to support a seamless client experience
- Processing payments, including EFTPOS, over-the-phone transactions and pet insurance claims
- Guiding clients through the pet insurance claim process
- Requesting and coordinating results, samples and documentation from third-party providers

About You:
We're looking for a motivated, positive team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bring emotional resilience and the ability to handle complex or distressing situations with professionalism and care. You will also have:

- Experience working in a contact centre, reception, or high-volume customer service environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Sales acumen with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings
- Empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset
- A willingness to learn and grow

Previous experience working in a veterinary reception role or with EzyVet will be highly regarded.
