Due to continued growth, we are seeking 3 Claims Officers and 1 Hybrid Claims/Intake Officer to join our dynamic and supportive team.

? About the Roles
? Claims Officer
You will play a key role in delivering efficient and accurate financial support to NDIS participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process provider invoices and participant reimbursements
- Create service bookings and submit claims via the NDIS portal
- Resolve invoice discrepancies promptly with providers
- Maintain accurate client records (CRM: Careview)
- Liaise with the NDIA regarding plan queries
- Support onboarding of new participants
- General administrative support
? Intake Officer (Hybrid Role)
This role focuses on onboarding new participants and delivering an exceptional first experience with Bright Plan Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert them into active participants
- Conduct onboarding (phone, email, and occasional home visits)
- Build relationships with participants, families,
and providers
- Coordinate service bookings and resolve onboarding issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition
- Maintain accurate participant records and follow-ups
- Represent Bright Plan Management in the community
?? About You
Essential:
- Based in Melbourne Metro
- Strong administration and data entry skills
- Previous experience in accounts or finance-related roles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Confident working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (Intake)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
Desirable:
- Experience with accounting software and/or CRM systems
- Business or Accounting qualifications
- Experience managing change or conflict
- Experience in NDIS or disability/community sector
? Working Arrangements
- Full-time, permanent roles
- Primarily work-from-home
- Some client visits and community engagement required
- Future hybrid (office-based) days may be introduced
