Pipe Lining & Coating is a leading Australian Specialist Manufacturer and Supplier of Mild Steel Cement Lined Pipes and Fittings. We have been in operation for over 30 years and pride ourselves on delivering high quality products and customer service. Our Rutherford based facility is seeking an experienced Fabrication Workshop Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for safely and efficiently managing the day to day running of the workshop, including supervision and direction for a team of up to 20 trades people, apprentices, trades assistants and contractors. The role is a vital link between management and the workshop floor.

Essential Criteria:
- Trade qualified in Boilermaking/Certificate lll in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Heavy Fabrication)
- Welding Qualifications
- Previous Supervisory Experience
- Experience in Pipe Manufacturing/Welding (100% NDT)
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes
- Attention to detail
- Able to pass drug and alcohol screening and pre-employment medical
