About The Opportunity:

Alor Group are partnering with a number of leading private hospitals and day surgeries across Sydney, seeking experienced Scrub Scouts & Anaesthetics Nurses to join their established Perioperative teams.

Key Specialities include:

- Orthopaedics - Including joint replacements, arthroscopy and trauma
- Ophthalmology - Including Cataract, Glaucoma, Corneal and Oculoplastics
- Neurosurgery & Spinal
- ENT
- Oral & Maxillofacial
- Plastics
- Pain Management
- Anaesthetics

These roles are suited to experienced theatre nurses seeking exposure to specialist, high-volume elective surgical lists within modern private hospital and day-surgery settings.

About You

- Full AU/NZ Work Rights (No Sponsorship is provided)
- Minimum 3-5 years' post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse
- Proven recent Scrub Scout and/or Anaesthetics experience.
- Excellent knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative best practice
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care
- Ability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday (AM into PM Shifts depending on the client).
