Beyond Early Learning
Port Lincoln
At Beyond Early Learning, we believe exceptional educators deserve an environment where they can thrive. As a proud South Australian not-for-profit provider and part of Scotch Enterprises, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scotch College Adelaide, every decision we make and every dollar we invest goes back into supporting the wellbeing of our children, families, educators and local communities.
We're looking for multiple Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators who are committed to creating engaging learning experiences, building meaningful relationships and supporting every child to reach their full potential.
Why join Beyond Early Learning?
Wellbeing isn't just part of our educational philosophy; it's at the heart of everything we do. Through our unique Flow Learning approach, children move naturally between beautiful indoor and outdoor learning environments that foster curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning.
If you're looking for more than just a job, if you want to be part of an organisation where your ideas are valued, your wellbeing matters and you can make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.

- Create nurturing, play-based learning environments inspired by our Flow Learning philosophy and the Reggio Emilia approach.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues that support each child's learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging.
- Observe children's learning and contribute to documentation and reflective practice as part of the planning cycle.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments.
- Promote children's health, safety and wellbeing while ensuring a clean, welcoming and stimulating environment.
- Support the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Beyond Early Learning's policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous quality improvement through collaboration and ongoing qualified learning.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have a genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating environments where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.
