A fast-growing mid-tier advisory group in Chatswood close to the Metro and onsite parking is expanding and they want someone hungry not someone who's already done it all.
The Role
You'll sit alongside a lead Financial Adviser day to day, getting real exposure to client work, strategy and holistic advice from the ground up. With 1 year you'll be on track to kick off your Professional Year (PY) and work towards becoming a fully Authorised Representative. The pathway is mapped out, you just have to show up and back yourself.
Day to Day You'll Be:
- Working closely with a lead Financial Adviser in client meetings and strategy discussions
- Helping prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) and product comparisons
- Building strategy, research and writing SOAs and ROAs.
- Building relationships with real clients along the way
- Gradually taking on your own client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Paraplanner, Client Services Manager (CSM) or Associate Adviser
- Someone who genuinely cares about clients not just ticking boxes
- Good communicator, qualified, and keen to grow
