We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our North Brisbane team, servicing customers across North Lakes, Mango Hill, Redcliffe, Caboolture and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical, hydraulic or diesel fitting background who enjoys working independently, solving problems and getting hands-on with equipment in the field.

The Role

On a daily basis you will travel directly to customer sites in a supplied fully maintained company vehicle. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting fuel dispensing equipment and associated systems.

No two days are the same. You'll work across a variety of customer sites, providing technical support,



performing preventative maintenance and ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, maintain and repair fuel dispensing equipment and associated systems

- Diagnose faults and perform mechanical and technical repairs

- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

- Calibrate, test and troubleshoot fuel pumps and systems

- Complete service reports and required compliance documentation

- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing GVR professionally

- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance

About You

We're looking for practical, mechanically-minded professionals who enjoy working in the field and taking ownership of their work.

You may come from a background such as:

- Mechanical Fitting

- Diesel Fitting

- Hydraulics

- Heavy Vehicle Maintenance

- Industrial Maintenance

- Field Service

- Plant & Equipment Maintenance

- Agricultural Equipment Maintenance

- Manufacturing or Production Maintenance

To be successful, you will have:

- Trade qualification highly regarded

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Experience working with hydraulic, mechanical or diesel equipment





- Experience using hand and power tools

- A proactive approach to problem-solving

- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Current driver's license

- Commitment to working safely

Direct fuel industry experience is not essential. We will provide training to candidates with transferable technical skills and a strong mechanical background.
