Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Services Manager to oversee our clinical operations. This pivotal leadership role involves managing nursing and allied health services, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pre-requisites:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with at least 5 years postgraduate experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong people management including staff counselling and mentoring skills.
- Experience in building effective and efficient nursing teams.
