Operating across multiple industries and locations throughout Australia, this organisation offers an opportunity to support a diverse workforce within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Reporting into the broader people function, you will play an integral role in delivering effective recruitment solutions across multiple business divisions. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive, organised and commercially minded recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, managing competing priorities and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding coordination.

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Coordinate high-volume recruitment campaigns and support seasonal workforce requirements.

- Proactively identify and engage suitable candidates, developing talent pipelines across a variety of disciplines and locations.

- Prepare and coordinate recruitment advertising, employer branding initiatives and social media campaigns.

- Represent the organisation at careers fairs, industry events and recruitment-related activities.

- Support the ongoing administration, optimisation and continuous improvement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Provide recruitment reporting, insights and updates to relevant stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, improve efficiencies and strengthen the overall candidate experience.

About You

To be successful in this position,



you will bring demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an internal talent acquisition function or a fast-paced agency environment.

You will also demonstrate:

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across a variety of positions and business functions.

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.

- Experience utilising Applicant Tracking Systems and contemporary recruitment platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid attention to detail.

- Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to sourcing, candidate engagement and recruitment delivery.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- An interest in recruitment technology, process improvement and employer branding.

Experience recruiting within agriculture, manufacturing, retail, apparel or other operationally diverse environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
