Syngenta Professional Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Professional Pest Management (PPM) to drive sales growth, market share and customer demand for our innovative Professional Pest and Rural Pest portfolio. Based in Current South Wales or Victoria, the role has a primary focus on those States.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will combine strategic territory planning, solid customer partnerships and practical industry expertise to deliver outstanding customer service and profitable growth.

The opportunity

In this role, you will:

- Deliver annual sales and distribution targets across the Professional Pest and Rural Pest portfolios.

- Build trusted relationships with distributor branches, pest management businesses, rural retailers, key accounts and end users.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans, territory plans and disciplined customer call cycles.

- Drive product trial, switching, adoption and advocacy through customer engagement, demonstrations, training and commercial initiatives.

- Partner with Technical Services, Marketing, Supply and the wider sales team to deliver a strong and innovative presence in the market.

- Represent Syngenta at industry events, workshops, seminars and trade shows, including delivering technical presentations.

- Use Salesforce and sales analytics to manage customer activity, monitor performance and provide timely market and competitor insights.

- Identify and progress business development opportunities with targeted commercial and government prospects.

What you will bring

- At least three years of sales experience, with a strong record of building relationships, meeting customer needs and growing a territory.

- Knowledge and experience in pest management,



pests and chemical applications; timber pest experience is advantageous.

- Experience in key account management, call-cycle planning and proactive territory planning.

- Strong selling, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

- Confidence using CRM and business tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft 365 and sales reporting platforms.

- Sound analytical, organisational and problem-solving capability, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.

- A current driver licence and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel.

- The capability to work effectively from a home office.
