- Remote role l WFH anywhere in Australia
- Provide practical workplace relations support to ECEC providers
- Support Grant applications, MEAs and Fair Work processes
- Build trusted relationships and ensure accuracy across systems and processes

Your Impact

Working directly with ECEC providers, you’ll help community-based, not-for-profit and small providers navigate the ECEC Worker Retention Grant and workplace relations processes.

You’ll provide practical advice, translate complex requirements into transparent actions, and support providers through Grant and multi-employer agreement processes.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of the Workplace Relations Team, you will:

- Respond to provider enquiries on workplace relations, Grant and compliance matters
- Support Grant applications, MEA processes and Fair Work Commission requirements
- Review documentation and coordinate voting and approval processes
- Liaise with legal providers and the Fair Work Commission
- Develop clear communications and resources on Awards, agreements and Grant requirements
- Maintain accurate data, CRM records and workflow processes
- Support administrative team members and contribute to continuous improvement projects

Success in this role requires accuracy, sound judgement and the ability to turn complex workplace relations matters into practical advice.

What You Bring

You bring workplace relations knowledge, strong stakeholder skills and attention to detail, alongside:

- Experience in workplace relations, member support or a similar role
- Understanding of Australian workplace relations, Fair Work Commission processes and compliance requirements
- Understanding of Modern Awards and enterprise agreements (ECEC or other social purpose / human services experience highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex information into practical advice
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
