Healthii People are proud to partner with Meliora Support Services, a charity working across disability and aged care in Brisbane and the South Burnett.

They're looking for an experienced Senior OT who enjoys thoughtful, practical work with people whose lives are more complex than a standard assessment can capture.

$105,000-$125,000 + super + generous PBI salary packaging

The role





- Own and shape Meliora's OT program, implementing the processes, standards and ways of working that help it grow
- Functional Capacity Assessments, recommendations and reports
- Longer-term capacity-building work with clients, including goal setting, daily living skills, independence and community participation
- Support for Unfunded Lives, Meliora's charitable program helping people with severe disability access the NDIS
- Based in Brisbane with travel once a month to the South Burnett, where OT supply is limited

About you

- Ready to take ownership, set direction and build processes, not just follow them
- Substantial OT experience and a strong understanding of disability and functional assessment
- Explicit, defensible report writing
- Confident working independently, and happy to be part of a broader team
- Keen to build therapeutic relationships over time, not just complete assessments
