About the role:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team based in Marsden Park, Sydney for a Datacentre construction fit-out project with potential for more work.

What you'll be doing

- Reporting regularly to the team with updates on-site.

- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design, safety, quality, and environmental standards.





- Manage and maintain technical documentation including RFIs, ITPs, O&M; Manuals, as-built records etc.

- Ensure all workers are adhering to all health and safety protocols.

- Assistance with Quality Assurance including taking photos and checking works are installed as per drawings or design.

- Assist in submitting progress claims and tracking of progress claims from other subcontractors.

What we're looking for

- 3-4 years of work experience in the construction industry.

- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

- Basic construction or labouring experience (desirable but not essential).

- A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions.

- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

- A commitment to maintaining a protected and professional work environment.
