A rare and exciting opportunity to join our team as a Surveyor has opened at our Caboolture based office!

With a steady and ongoing line of work across the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast & Brisbane Region, you will be exposed to a broad variety of civil, land and cadastral surveying, using the latest equipment and technology while working in a fast paced, busy environment where no two days are the same.

This position also offers you the opportunity to progress your Surveying career with the Surveyors Board of Queensland while being supported by a team of experienced and goal driven professionals.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
You will play a key role in a variety of projects contributing to successful outputs at the highest standard.

Including, but not limited to:

- Conduct precise and accurate surveys, ensuring high quality outputs that meet legislation and code of conduct.

- Undertake a diverse range of tasks civil, land and cadastral surveys, including field work, office calculations, pre-calculations, preparation of reports, documentation, sketches and data processing.

- Operation of up-to-date surveying equipment and technology

- Collaboration with Surveyors, Town Planners and Drafting Team

- Liaison with landholders, clients, and project stakeholders

- Equipment maintenance

- Contribute to safe work practices and project planning

- Providing supporting evidence and documentation for Local Government Authority condition compliance

- Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy for all outputs, by following our Quality Management System and report all non-conformities

About You:

- Minimum five years’ experience across a diverse range of civil, land and cadastral surveying projects





- Surveyors Board of Queensland Registration

- Proven experience as a Surveyor, with exposure to cadastral based projects

- Sound field surveying, calculation and data processing capabilities

- Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring accuracy and high-quality results

- The ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and other project stakeholders

- Proficiency with surveying equipment and software (Trimble Total Station, GNSS & Magnet software)

- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a broader team

- A current Australian drivers licence is required (manual preferred)

- A current Construction Induction Safety certificate (white card) is required

- You must have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
