About the role

You will work closely with our sales team to maximize Finance & Insurance opportunities while providing a professional, efficient and positive customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving Finance & Insurance revenue to achieve sales targets and departmental budgets

- Providing customers with clear, accurate information about available finance, insurance and warranty products

- Managing finance applications and ensuring customer documentation is accurate and complete

- Supporting the sales team with finance enquiries and progressing purchases through to vehicle delivery

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, financiers, insurers and internal stakeholders

- Maintaining accurate sales records and following established dealership processes





- Maintaining required accreditations and complying with relevant legislation, regulations and industry codes

- Delivering timely customer service with integrity and accountability.

About you

We are looking for a motivated automotive professional who brings:

- Previous Business Manager or Finance & Insurance experience within an automotive dealership

- A proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver against budgets

- Relevant financial services accreditations and an understanding of industry requirements

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and dealership systems

- A proactive approach to growing the business and supporting team success.
