An exciting opportunity to lead clinical care within an established residential aged care service.
An established not-for-profit aged care provider is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join their team in Toowoomba. This role offers the opportunity to provide strong clinical and people leadership, support high-quality resident care and contribute to the ongoing growth of the service.
Working closely with the Service Manager and wider leadership team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening clinical standards, developing staff capability and ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

What will you be doing?
You’ll provide clinical leadership across the service,
supporting Registered Nurses and care teams to deliver protected, effective and person-centred care. You’ll oversee clinical governance, care planning, quality improvement, audits, incident management and regulatory compliance, while supporting staff development and positive resident outcomes.
We're looking for:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong experience within residential aged care
- Previous experience in a senior clinical leadership role
- Strong clinical governance, quality and compliance knowledge
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and current aged care legislation
- Experience with AN-ACC, Direct Care Minutes, assessments and care planning
- Proven people leadership skills, including staff development and performance management
