Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Conveyancer to join our property team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse range of residential, commercial and farming property matters in a fast paced and supportive environment, where your expertise will be valued and your professional growth encouraged.
What You'll Do
- Manage residential, commercial and farm conveyancing files from contract review through to settlement
- Liaise with clients, agents, brokers, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transactions
- Prepare and review contracts, Section 32 Vendor Statements and transfer documents
- Coordinate settlements and maintain carriage of files with strong attention to detail
- Assist with more complex property matters, including plans of subdivision, water share transfers and the preparation and registration of agreements on title
- Provide exceptional client service and support clients through every stage of the conveyancing process
- Work closely with a supportive and experienced lawyers across a diverse range of property transactions
What We're Looking For
- Previous conveyancing experience or completion of an accredited conveyancing course highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- A keen eye for detail, discretion, and a proactive approach
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
