We're growing our Strathpine team and looking for friendly, motivated people to join us as Customer Service Assistants.

No previous experience required! We'll provide two weeks of paid training, ongoing coaching and a supportive team to help you develop the skills you need.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a phone-based customer engagement role where you'll connect with existing supporters, have engaging conversations and build positive relationships.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with existing supporters over the phone
• Having friendly, professional and engaging conversations
• Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships




• Discussing ongoing support opportunities
• Following clear systems and processes
• Working towards individual and team goals
• Developing valuable communication and customer service skills
• Working alongside a supportive and motivated team

No cold calling and no previous experience required. We'll help you learn the role through structured training and ongoing support.

Your Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
• Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm
• Every second Friday: OFF!

Work a 9-day fortnight and enjoy a long weekend every second week.
