- High level of management across both BOH and FOH departments
- Ongoing service and maintenance of all products and Post- Sale experience
- Management of profitability of branch – including stock levels + profit margins
- High degree of quality control conducted on all produced goods
- Upskilling product knowledge to better educate all customers
- Coordinate with HQ teams to consistently improve branch performance across both BOH and FOH departments
- Attending and marketing all Mars Campers products at all caravan and outdoor shows
- Managing deadlines, ensuring productivity targets are met.
- Coordination between Production and Sales staff.
- Leading the sales team to ensure we are delivering an exceptional experience to our valuable customers.
- Management and distribution sales leads.
Role Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of Automotive/ Caravan branch management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong problem solving and hands on skills
- Microsoft office competent
- Previous experience with CRM systems – Hubspot, Zoho
- Ability to work weekends and travel for interstate/ rural area tradeshows
