Zensai is seeking an Account Manager for ANZ to own customer relationships across adoption, renewal, retention and expansion. You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support and RevOps to deliver a seamless customer journey from onboarding to renewal and growth.

You will manage renewal readiness, drive on-time closures, and develop upsell opportunities while maintaining CRM data integrity and explicit forecasting insights.
