As a Senior Safety Consultant, you will partner with organisations operating in complex, high-risk industries to strengthen leadership capability and cultural alignment.This is not a compliance-only role. You will work at the intersection of governance, behaviour, and operational reality — helping leaders make clearer, more consistent decisions under pressure.You will lead engagements that shape how safety is interpreted, enacted, and sustained in everyday work.

What you’ll be doing

Facilitate structured discussions in complex, high-stakes environments

Translate strategic risk intent into practical behavioural expectations

Coach leaders and supervisors to strengthen consistency in decision-making

Support multi-site engagements across diverse industries

Contribute to program design and continuous improvement of methodologies

Extensive experience in safety, leadership development, or high-risk operational environments

Solid facilitation capability across executive and frontline levels

Confidence engaging with senior leaders in complex organisations

Ability to navigate ambiguity and operational pressure with professionalism
