We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer to play a key role in designing and building responsive web and mobile applications. This role has opened as part of continued growth and focus on delivering cutting-edge digital solutions.
Compensation
Base pay range: A$85,000.00/yr - A$105,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to build functional and engaging applications.
- Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile apps using ReactJS and React Native.
- Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
- Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality code and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of front end development experience with a strong focus on ReactJS and React Native.
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git/GitHub, and modern build tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a small team environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
