Scope’s Coordinator – Supported Independent Living in Croydon, VIC, is a permanent full time leadership role guiding a SIL home to deliver person-centred supports and quality outcomes. You’ll lead on-site staff, oversee daily operations, budgets, and NDIS alignment while building strong relationships with participants, families and stakeholders.
