- BPO or dealing with Australian companies is highly regarded;
- Experience in Telesales and Appointment setting is highly regarded;
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply;
- Willing to work Australian Time (starting at 7am);
- Must be fluent in writer, and spoken English;
- Preferably strong Australian English oral skills;
- Must be presentable and have valuable interpersonal skills;
- Fantastic positive outgoing attitude;
- Results driven, persistent and good time management;
- Motivation for Sales, can handle rejection and maintains professionalism;
- High level of tenacity and motivation;
- Professional, engaging and have a friendly phone manner;
- Can handle incoming and outgoing calls (as required);
- Highly computer literate (MS Applications, Social Media, etc.);
- Can work in minimum supervision.
