We are seeking to engage appropriately skilled and qualified individual Support Workers to assist a female client living with an Acquired Brain Injury in Yarrawonga.
The client has own vehicle to access the community to participate in activities that are of interest and meaningful to her.
You will work as part of a team to support the client with personal care and community access.Key responsibilitiesAssist all aspects of personal care including showering, toileting and groomingAssist with Mealtime ManagementTransport the client in client's own vehicle to access her communityAssist to attend appointments and complete shopping tasksFollow Care Plan, direction and strategiesBe reliable and dependableAbout youCertificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent,
