You'll oversee shift operations, lead a team of * and champion safety, quality, and lean practices to meet key metrics.The role requires solid leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with experience in FMCG or food manufacturing and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
Base pay is hourly and rotates across Day/Afternoon/Night shifts.
