A business that rarely hires, an exciting opportunity has arisen for aJuniorCommercial Property Manager to support the Commercial team and Senior Commercial Property Manager.Our client is looking for the Assistant Commercial Property Manager to step into a Commercial Property Manager role in the near future (6 - 12 months), so on top of the outstanding base salary on offer,



you will be rewarded with financial and career progression incentives as well.Your duties will include:Building solid relationships with landlords and vendorsAttending property inspections and preparation of condition reportsCompiling monthly financial and written reportsManaging tenant arrearsOversee a very manageable portfolio of your ownFollowing up all tasks set out from the Commercial Property ManagerTo be considered, you will have:At least 12 months experience within a similar, commercial & Industrial roleSelf-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add valueExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA real passion for property managementOutstanding client servicesA current Certificate Of Registration
