Learmonth Bowling Club seeking Playing CoachThe Learmonth Bowling Club are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced playing coach to join the club and help develop players of all skill levels.About the RoleLearmonth is a community club with country values, supporting 75 members and located in the Ballarat Highlands Bowls Region.
They have 4 weekend Pennant sides and 2 midweek sides.
Both weekend and midweek have Division 1 sides.
They currently have 2 synthetic greens and a tifdwarf grass green.About the RoleThe successful applicant will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging coaching sessions, supporting player development, and fostering a positive and inclusive club workplace.




This role may involve working with beginners through to more experienced competition players.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured and enjoyable coaching sessionsSupport skill development, strategy, and game awarenessEncourage participation and build player confidenceAssist with team preparation and compatitive readinessCoordinating major tournament and club eventsPennant team selectionPromoting a welcoming and inclusive club cultureWhat They're Looking ForPlaying coach with appropriate bowling accrediationStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work with a diverse range of ages and abilitiesPassion for growing the sport and supporting playersRemuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
