RPR Trades is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Boilermaker to advance into a leadership role on a Currumbin site.
You will lead fabrication, coordinate maintenance, and mentor apprentices and boilermakers to achieve high-quality workmanship.The role is temp-to-perm with progression to full time employment.
You will interpret drawings, manage digital records, and liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Monday-Thursday early shift with overtime as applicable.
